1.2. Neuroflip reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
2.1. Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the Tirimiri App. If you are under 18 years old, please do not use the App.
2.2. Users are prohibited from uploading, sharing, or disseminating objectionable content, including but not limited to, content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or infringing on the rights of others.
2.3. Users shall not engage in any abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior towards other users. Neuroflip has a zero-tolerance policy for such conduct.
2.4. Users shall not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the App or infringes on the privacy of other users.
3.1. Neuroflip reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove objectionable content and abusive users from the App.
3.2. Users are encouraged to report objectionable content or abusive behavior to Neuroflip using the reporting tools provided within the App.
4.1. Neuroflip reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.
4.2. Users may also choose to terminate their accounts at any time by following the provided instructions in the App.
5.1. All content and materials provided through the Tirimiri App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Neuroflip and are protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. Users shall not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the App without the prior written consent of Neuroflip.
6.1. The Tirimiri App is provided "as is," and Neuroflip makes no warranties or representations regarding its accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.
7.1. Neuroflip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Tirimiri App.
8.1. Neuroflip collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy . By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction.
